Your message reaches the small team building Maker Caper.

This contact page and these addresses are for parents, guardians, educators, and other adults. To avoid requesting a child’s name, email address, or free-text message, Maker Caper does not use a public contact form. Children should ask a grown-up to contact us.

Grown-ups can write to hello@makercaper.com for product and support questions, accounts@makercaper.com for account help, or privacy@makercaper.com to start an access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request. Write from the adult account email. Do not include a child’s name, nickname, project, progress, or other child information; ask us to begin a verified request instead. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and the controls available to you.

Incoming messages to these @makercaper.com addresses are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s receiving Google/Gmail mailbox. Resend is used only for outbound account, verification, consent-confirmation, billing, and separately opted-in adult update mail from notifications.makercaper.com; those sending identities are not support inboxes and do not forward incoming mail. The receiving-mailbox provider, access, and 12-month cleanup review is not yet complete, so this route is currently for adult-only messages and is not an approved channel for sending child records. Production child-data collection remains disabled until that review and the other privacy launch gates are complete.
